Since 2018 Vavaki has established its presence in the infrastructure industry as a credible construction contracts consultant and trainer.

Vavaki aims to leave their clients managing and administering contracts efficiently so that projects have a better chance of being on time, on budget and to specifications.

Vavaki Consultants holds exclusive rights to FIDIC training In Zimbabwe through its association with the Zimbabwe Association of Consulting Engineers.

Vavaki has worked with the Zimbabwe Power Company, National Railways of Zimbabwe, Bulawayo City Council and Zimbabwe National Water Authority, Nanchang Engineering, Exodus and Company etc.

Practical Approach to FIDIC Contracts

This practical training explains and illustrates the use of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract ). The course is designed to help the participants have confidence in working with these documents whether representing employers, consultants or contractors. Case studies are included.

Claims and the Resolution of Disputes

This training module is designed to provide practical advice to those working with the FIDIC conditions of contract in the management of claims, understanding, defending and achieving the resolution to claims, and the workings of the Dispute Adjudication Board and Arbitration.

Dispute Adjudication Boards


This module explains the procedures and application of the Dispute Adjudication requirements under these contracts to those wishing to work as dispute adjudicators and those who will use Dispute Adjudication Boards either as an Employer, Engineer or Contractor.
